this has been happening to many other groups for a long time.

I know people that are in jail for 10-15 YEARS over a paperwork mistake.

he put "john smith" instead of "smith,john" on a gun form. he called up his friend John and told him about the mistake, and they discussed the means to correct it.

for making the mistake on the form, he got 3 years.

for discussing how to fix the problem, he got 12 years for CONSPIRACY to violate national firearms law.

does that make sense to ANYONE? forget that it was GUNS and all the hoplophobia that some people have. it was a federal form. he put the name in reverse on the form, said "oh crap" and tried to fix it.. and he WENT TO JAIL.

how long before other federal forms have the same penalties?

when any one group..gun owners, swingers, ANYONE...is subject to a police state out of control we need to make it known that we are watching..and we will not let it happen!
