Dear Editor, My wife and I have been in the swinging lifestyle for many years and were turned on to your Magazine by some close friends just last month. We read voraciously through the entire issue as well as many of the articles in your archived past issues. We were wondering where you found your staff of writers? Did you just put out an ad on Craigslist that said: "Looking for swingers who can write?" Anyway, we look forward to the next issue. Sincerely, James & Annie Dear James & Annie, We're pleased to have you two as new Kasidie readers. When we launched the first issue of our Magazine back in January, all of our writers (and photographers) were personal friends of ours who we had met though our time in the lifestyle. When we explained the concept of Kasidie to them, they were eager to be a part of it and help any way they could. Before our first issue, with only a concept of what Kasidie was supposed to be, it was difficult to find writers outside of our immediate social circles. Even with the help of our friends, the articles and photos in that first issue took about five months to compile. But once we launched, everything changed. We started receiving emails from readers who were interested in contributing to our magazines through writing, photography, or even asking to be our next Unicorn or Couple of the Month. I'm pleased to say that with every new issue of Kasidie Magazine our reader base keeps growing as does our group of contributing writers and photographers. For me the most wonderful and unexpected benefit of my job as editor has been all of the wonderful and talented new people I have met, worked with and become friends with all across the country.
