Both natives of Colorado, fate and circumstances brought Kevin and Linsey together.

Kevin had always aggressively pursued opportunity and his career. He had some long term relationships in his past, he had never found the person that stimulated him both physically and mentally. That was until the day that Linsey crossed his path and started a 3 year game of cat and mouse.

Linsey was at a point in her life where she really wanted more. The first time Linsey and Kevin met was when he interviewed her for a position with his company. She had been out of work for three months and was so happy that she finally got the chance to interview with a man because she thought she dressed sexy enough she could seduce him into hiring her... She wasn't proud of her plan, but she had had bills to pay. But much to her surprise she was not the one in charge that day like she had hoped. She was stunned by how extremely handsome her interviewer was. She found herself attracted to Kevin from day one and felt very nervous. Confidence exuded from his pores, he was the sharpest looking man she had ever seen. She found him charming yet arrogant at the same time, which for Linsey happens to be the sexiest combination.

Needless to say she got the job, and none of it was easy. As a boss, Kevin was very hard on her. He had high expectations of her and he wanted to do well in her job. She wanted Kevin to be impressed with her work... but there was more going on. There was obvious sexual tension from the start. They were both thinking the same thing but they both remained professional.

It was difficult to keep business and personal separate between the two of them. Kevin was extremely attracted to Linsey, but as her boss he felt that there was that line that he shouldn't cross. Still, he looked forward to seeing her each and every day at the office. It was difficult to be around someone that he desired so much.

Kevin and Linsey had over time become good friends and had been there for each other during some very difficult personal times. They began having drinks after work on Fridays. During this time they both had developed a true attraction for one another. Over time their flirtation became more and more intense. It was obvious to both of them that at some point their attraction would have to be explored.

One night Kevin and Linsey attended a mutual friend's party. They had both dressed to impress that night, since they were very excited to be spending some time with each other outside of work. They left the party together and went back to Kevin's house to chat a bit before Linsey would have to go home. Linsey felt this overwhelming desire to kiss him, and she went for it. Torn between professionalism and desire, Kevin didn't kiss her back initially. But moments later, he grabbed her and gave her the most passionate kiss she had ever had. After all the flirting and teasing that had gone on between them, the dam of passion had finally burst.

But back at the office on Monday, they acted as though it never happened. Perhaps they were worried it would affect their working relationship, or that their judgement had been impaired that night. They knew they felt the same way about each other, but the time just wasn't right.
