The Swan Mansion is traditional architectural designed residence a 10 acre property. This estate boasts an olympic pool that was declared the number 2 pool in all of the Greater Houston area by the Houston Chronicle. Additionally, there is a wet/dry sauna, hot tub that will seat 15+ people, a swim up bar, and overnight accomodations. Our 5 star dinners are prepared by our very own executive chef and courses are paired with world class wines. Social hour with top-shelf spirits is in our trophy and formal living room that are appointed with gaming tables, imported fireplace, and fixtures one would expect in a fine hotel. Guests enjoy dancing, a midnight buffet, and a brunch the following morning. All dinner parties are formal and some are black tie. These elegant parties are typically 6-10 couples. During warmer months The Swan Mansion hosts poolside events and are slightly larger in size.
The owners of The Swan Mansion are a gynecologist and psychologist, and together they own a medical aesthetics practice that is also on the estate.
