Jen and Travis do a very excellent job at their hotel takeovers. Always a good group of people in a range of ages. Once you sign up, she is very prompt in returning emails with the hotel information and letting you know upfront if in the main hotel or on wait list. Website is very easy to use and make a payment. If you're in the area, then highly recommend this group!!!!! Always a good time
